My favorite Martin Luther King quote:

"The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy."

This is on a plaque in my living room. I read it everyday. When I am faced with a tough decision, those words always run through my mind.
